Certified Energy Consulting is owned and operated by John Richau who, for several years, worked in the local solar energy industry as consultant, sales manager, and solar advocate. John intended to set his sights toward residential energy efficiency through diagnostic testing and software analysis for homeowners in the Fresno and Clovis areas. But it became apparent that his time in the solar industry, coupled with training and certification as a HERS Rater uniquely qualified him to take on broader projects including policy analysis, marketing, project management and parsing of current information.
